The company, which has been in operation for over fifteen years, provides business executive transportation services to clients such as Xerox Corporation, Loctite, Tesco, Datex Omeda and Hall Watts. “We originally wanted to automate the production of invoices to customers but were not sure how best to capture booking information. We didn’t want to spend a lot of time keying-in details into a computer”, director Vince Williams recalls. “We wanted to keep our internal operating procedures simple but still improve productivity. Vince and Andy were particularly keen to set up a site that would grow with the company. “We were happy to take it slowly and patiently because we see it as a long-term process. Taking one step at a time was very important to us”, Vince confirms. “The site will be very welcomed, especially by international business travellers who want to be picked up from an airport and taken to their local branch office or hotel.”
